Last week saw the conclusion of the intensive seminar “Excellence in Key Account Management”. After nine varied and inspiring seminar days at the University of St.Gallen, the participants received their seminar passes from Prof. Dr. Christian Belz.
In addition to the St.Gallen KAM concept, the seminar participants learned about the factors of successful key account processing, criteria for key account selection, various processing strategies and appropriate behavior in difficult negotiation situations.
