Last week the 29th seminar “Excellence in Key Account Management” was concluded. The last seminar block dealt with topics such as value selling, structures and implementation in key account management, stress management and the management of personal business relationships. On the last day, the participants received the seminar certificates from Prof. Dr. Christian Belz.
