We are happy to announce that the two leading institutes in marketing and consumer research at the University of St.Gallen – the Institute of Marketing and the Institute for Customer Insight – will operate as a single unit in the future.
Under the direction of Prof. Johanna Gollnhofer, Prof. Sven Reinecke, and Prof. Torsten Tomczak and with a team of more than 25 dedicated researchers, we investigate current topics such as digital marketing, cognitive biases, customer experience, and marketing management. We publish our findings in leading journals as well as in the media.
We are committed to transformative education and share our knowledge with students and executives through innovative teaching formats. Simultaneously, we provide platforms for exchange with practitioners through Best Practice in Marketing, the Big Marketing Technology Lab, and the Brand Excellence Circle. We strive to develop knowledge, concepts, and tools that support marketing practice. Thus, we want to create sustainable benefits for companies and society.
