In recent years, the focus of companies on their markets and customers has become more important again. However, it is not only about customer satisfaction as an end in itself – it is much more important to develop and maintain profitable businesses together with the customers. This intensive seminar shows how market-oriented corporate management contributes to profitable growth. The central component is the task-oriented approach.

Participants learn how to structure attractive growth opportunities in the four core tasks of customer acquisition, customer loyalty, service innovation and service maintenance (outside-in) and how to align these with their own competencies (inside-out). The marketing strategy is thus based on company-specific focal points in the core task profile, which in turn must be implemented through an adequate marketing mix.

In order to be successful, a Customer Centric Company must also continuously align its employees with the market and customers. Because the implementation of a market-oriented corporate policy begins with the employees.

Participants

The course is aimed at experienced managers and young high potentials from marketing and customer management in industrial, commercial and service companies. A first degree is not required.
